Slight Route Changes....

Glacier was fantastic. I'd love to come back and spend a few days, and perhaps get into the back country, or at least do a bit of hiking. Great weather, too. On the way out, on I met a group of 4 guys from WA & OR at the Logan's Pass visitor center. Turns out they were headed up to Canada, too. To Banff, to be precise. They invited me to join them, so I did. I've always heard about Banff, and the opportunity to see it and travel with some folks for a day was too good to pass up. I'm glad I did. I wish I'd taken more pictures, but the downside of traveling with a group is that I can't simply stop wherever I'd like.

In any case, since that took up Tuesday, and put me a bit off route, I'm trying to make up the time today. I'm going to stay on Canada's Highway 1, and push on East. It looks like I'll have to miss Northern MN this time around though. Oh, well. I'll just have to come back another time.

Oh, I won't be able to post any pictures for a bit - I left the cable for my camera at home. Poo.
