Here's a sample of my work from the Mike Lin seminar I'm attending. It's a quick (2 hours) 2-point perspective & rendering. Not great, but a huge improvement from where I started....

Hunh, good stuff. For comparison's sake, why don't you post a rendering pre-workshop and one post-workshop so that we have a better appreciation for how far you've come.
I don't get the purpose of wiping students out with constant 8 days/week, 8 am - midnight schedule, but I get the impression that it's working for you.
